Leadership Competency

In the most recent revision of its national leadership programs, the Society zeroed in on thirteen (13) core competencies that prepare leaders to provide quality lifesaving education to Canadians in the 21st century. The result is a multi-level, competency-based system designed to encourage and support the progressive development of skilled and knowledgeable Lifesaving Society instructors, coaches, and trainers.
