The Lifesaving Society leadership pathway comprises various stages, from Instructor to National Trainer. Each role demands different levels of proficiency and responsibilities.

Trainers, as key figures in our leadership model, facilitate Society Leadership programs, advocate for Society initiatives within their communities, and uphold the standards and integrity of the Lifesaving Society throughout their volunteerism.

We are seeking experienced Instructors interested in expanding their leadership roles and applying their knowledge and skills within the Society.
