Accommodations

The Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is the Host Hotel for the LWC 2024.

It is located within a five-minute walk to Kurrawa Beach and a five minute walk to the G:Link Light Rail station for easy access to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre and the Surfers Paradise tourist precinct.

The Brisbane Airport (BNE) is the primary international airport for the region. It is a 91.2km (1 hour 30 min) drive to Broadbeach and 81.5km (1 hour) drive to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Southport.

The Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is located at Coolangatta and services both domestic and international airlines however, mostly low-cost carriers via Asia and New Zealand. It is 18.5 km (30 minute) drive to Kurrawa, Broadbeach and 45.8km (45 minute) drive to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Southport.

Please register as soon as possible and check how long it will take to get a Visa to enter Australia.

Information on Australian Visa applications is available via the Government of Australia's website.

Please consider that in some nations it will take several weeks or even months to follow the Visa application procedure, which is why it is very important to apply immediately after your registration.
