New Member ID Card Process
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services for our members, we will now be primarily distributing Member IDs by email instead of physical mail. This change was designed to make the process faster, easier, and more reliable.
This new approach will help us better serve our members, reduce our environmental impact, and streamline our new member onboarding process.
Why We're Making This Change
Quicker Access: New members will be able to access their Member ID instantly, rather than waiting on the mail.
Environmentally Friendly: This new method will reduce paper use and waste.
Less Returned Mail: We receive a large number of returned cards each year.
What You Need to Know
Emails must be clearly printed and included on all test sheets.
- Please ensure that you accurately record candidate emails on the test sheets, so that new members can receive their Member IDs without delay.
Physical Member ID cards will still be available upon request.
- Any new members wishing to receive a physical ID card can contact Experts@Lifesaving.org to request one.
