Post-Provincials Surveys

Now that another Lifesaving Sport Provincials has come to an end, we'd love to hear some feedback on the event from the athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and volunteers who attended. 

As members of the Lifesaving Sport community, we deeply value your perspectives, and your feedback helps to improve how we organize and run future events. 

We have three post-Provincials surveys available to complete:

• For Club Administration & Coaches
• For Parents/Guardians & Athletes
• For Volunteers

Please know that these surveys are completely anonymous. 

If you fit into more than one category (for example, if you are a parent who also volunteered during the event), please ensure that you complete all surveys that apply to your role.
