This competition includes three events that Lifeguard Teams compete to show assessment, first aid and water rescue skills. Event descriptions and rules can be found in the new Alberta and Northwest Territories Lifeguard Emergency Response Competition Rule Book.
Event will be held in beautiful Jasper, Alberta on February 29, 2020.

The Lifesaving Society Alberta and Northwest Territories invites you to join us for our first Drop Drownings Event!
The event is a series of TedTalk style presentations with some fun games and prizes, making it a great evening out! The focus of the event is to bring more engagement and awareness to drowning prevention interventions.
This event is great for Lifeguards, Swim/Lifesaving Instructors, and Injury Prevention and Health Care Students.
This is an 18+ event. Minors are not permitted. Drink tickets will be sold (Debit & Credit Only).
The theme for this event is Ocean/Beach. Dress in your best beach wear & win prizes for best costume! Doors open at 6:30pm.
