The Society is committed to ensuring our leadership volunteers have the most current information and resources to be able to deliver our programs and services to the community with success.
Ongoing reviews of our programs and services ensures quality assurance and that our programs are relevant to current input and needs of our members and the public. Where applicable, program changes are also based on scientific reviews.
When revisions are made to any of our programs and services this is communicated to our leadership volunteers through an update process. Updates are mandatory and are required to recertify your leadership award. Most often, notice of the update and update forms are mailed out to leadership volunteers, who are expected to fill them out and send back to the Society.
